| Orianus Creation Series: One of my friends has finished reading book four, DSE, and has given me back a printed copy with comments. I'm also awaiting comments from someone by email. Once I receive those, I will begin my final edit of DSE before publication. DSE's story is set a few months after the events in DTA and will concern an impending cosmic disaster in another star system, which will eventually involve the Orianus Star System. I'm doing a final format of BSR in Word. This is in preparation to send the revised edition off for re-publishing. My revised editions will be workbook size (8.5x11) to cut down on their cost and allow for some artwork to be added. Getting artwork done, as well as a basic map to include, is my next project with BSR. It should be 211 pages of text and introductory pages, not including added artwork. The price point should be about $5 or $6 lower than my original novels. I've posted a pdf excerpt of my new, working BSR revision on my home page, just so people can see the refinements so far. I've revised it a bit more since then. I'm working on my revision of WWR. I'm on page 37 of 236. I've also converted it into Word format. I'll eventually get into editing DTA. It's at 212 pages right now, but is still in OpenOffice format. Orianus Legends: This is on the back burner for now. My first Fantasy novel is now at 44,504 words. I'm near the end of chapter eight. This will be the first book in my Orianus Legends series. It's set in the Orianus Star System, on Kaeldon, within the continent of Treffle, in 1640 B.C. That's over three thousand six hundred years before the events within the Orianus Creation Series and nine hundred ninety-five years before the birth of Galesh. Two of my short stories involve a pair of characters from the novel. Short Stories: An e-book (pdf) of my short stories is available. I've added two new short stories from my previous writing group to the new November 1, 2009 version. The pdf will always contain the version date. To download it, click the title Short Stories. Poetry: An e-book (pdf) of my poetry is available. For August 13, 2009, two new poems were added, as well as a revision or two beyond the original file's content. To download it, click the title Poetry: Poems of Darkness; Poems of Light. The pdf will always contain the version date. Feedback: |
